Born in Korea and raised in France, I moved there at 9, thinking it was just a short holiday (spoiler: it wasn’t). After graduating from ESSEC Business School, one of France’s top business schools, I started my career at L’Oréal in Paris before making my way back to Korea to join Samsung. Along the way, I met my Taiwanese wife in London, and now I juggle life with two adorable, multilingual chaos-makers.
Throughout my 15+ year-career, I worked with agencies big and small - and time and time again, I ran into the same issues: high costs, underwhelming results, and a lack of flexibility. In addition, many Korean agencies struggle with English and don’t fully understand global brand’s needs, making collaboration even harder.
